Join us! We have just opened a vibrant international expats group in Dusseldorf, where locals and expats alike delve into various spiritual and wellbeing practices. We organize a MeetUp every month in Dusseldorf, where we come together to share, explore, and introduce different aspects of spirituality & holistic health.

This time we’ll be gathering at Hofgarten to enjoy the spring weather! This MeetUp is all about relaxing in nature, getting to know each other better, and sharing our spiritual journeys. Whether you’re into meditation, yoga, or just curious about different life philosophies, we’d love for you to join us! Feel free to bring along your favorite snack or drink, but don’t worry if you forget—there are plenty of cafes nearby where you can pick something up. We’re really excited to see you there and to help our community grow and deepen our our friendships!

Our goal is to build a trustworthy community where expats and locals can come together and embrace a diverse range of practices, from meditation and mindfulness to breath work, chakras, crystals, different forms of healing & therapies, manifesting, and more. Engage in discussions, attend workshops, and witness demonstrations by our spiritual & holistic health practitioners.

Our MeetUps are conducted in English, fostering an inclusive environment to connect with like-minded individuals.
